I have done a few. BIR, VIR, Pahrump Raceway, and our technical college has a driving course that I have done a few advance rider sessions, not really a track day but kind of. :)

I have only had my falco out once and it was this past summer. Otherwise, I had an old beat up FZR that was a blast on the track. Now with the Falco, I hate to even risk dumping her...

Maybe I will get another track bike someday... :idk I would love to do more.

I've done a couple, loved it, wish I could do more but I am bit uptight because I was a newb. I did OK, though.

You could switch my vote to a yes.

You should look into doing one of the racing schools up here then. For about US$1K you could put together a Phase 1 (introductory) and Phase 2 (advanced) school on two consecutive days, using the school's bike, leathers, helmet, gloves, boots, gas..... I've known people who came from as far away as SC to do that and they thought that even including the extra hotel and transportation bills, it was worth it. It's not that far a drive from NJ. You just have to make sure you book in the off-season, because the classes fill up FAST (no pun intended).

Done several at the Firebird courses over the years.

This Sept will be the first year I get to do one with my son @ Willow Springs. Best thing ever. :rockwoot:

i used to think this was quick on a track, boy was i dead wrong, oh well, it was my first trackday ever, i havnt even touched a puck down yet[/QUOTE]

Most get woken up after going to the track.

I voted yes. I've done a number of track days, most at Mid-Ohio, since they are the cheapest (free).
