Absolutely they don't. They prevailing mentality is that if you don't want to go to prison don't break the law. Everyone is always rah, rah, rah about the Constitution...until it comes to Cruel and Unusual punishment.

I guess being forced to eat feces/semen tainted food and getting beaten and raped in your asshole isn't considered cruel and unusual in the U.S.
