I am thoroughly confused about the plan here, but I will say that I forget about it since it's not in Off Topic and get confused about where the poll is vs. the thread to contribute vs. the winner thread. They are all in different areas.

these will all be voted on every quarter(Jan-Mar/Apr-Jun/Jul-Sep/Oct-Dec), the winning 4 from each category will be voted on yearly.

-all photos must be motorcycle related (terrain shots must be of places to ride)

-submittal threads will be open and stickied all quarter.

-the voting will last 1 week and winners will be posted on the front page until the next quarter winners are selected

Looks good to me. I think that some people's comments about somehow linking to Off Topic are a good idea too.
