We have a private range (read: Travis has 100 acres :rockwoot: ) but the "club" range down the road has a sign up "No alum or steel casings" My buddy Dave went and forgot he had alum .45's in his 1911 mags. Started shooting and the range officer shit a brick! Came over yelling and screaming and threatened to kick him out  |

most places that do that won't allow alum or steel , cuz they save all the brass and don't want to sort thru it....
