Get a little DR200 or klx250 or some other small dual sport. If you want to learn to ride well fast with minimal risk to hurting the bike, a dual sport is where it is at. You can learn all types of riding in many coniditions and be that much more able to handle a larger displacement bike of any type when you want to move up. Then you also don't have to worry about OSP messing it up when he sneaks out on your bike.
Plus, they are cheap and hold their cheap value. |
