Marko, have you checked your neighborhood/city/county codes for yard length. You can get the city/county to come out and mow it and put a lien on his house.

Depending on City Ordinances, he could also be ticketed for failure to maintain his lawn. You can check with the local PD or City Hall to make a formal complaint.

No one lives there. The guy who bought it has been "fixing" it up for 3 years now. He comes by on very rare occasion and mows. He's a pain in my ass...but atleast no one lives there.

just watched a guy land his front wheel in a trolley track and highside his bicycle. Would have been hilarious if it didnt happen three feet from my front bumper. As it was i almost caught a volvo in the ass. Fucking hate city cyclists
