i need a color for the streetfighter
 

well im in a bind for $$ so i figured i would ask everyones opinion on a color to paint my naked cbr900. its gonna be a while till its finished so i got some time. painting the bike wont cost me any $ so at least i cant get that out of the way. here is the bike now just flat black.

Is there any other color than black?

light blue with clouds on the tank.

all colors will be glossy, only black and orange are non metallic

flat black was an option at first, thats half the reason it is that way now. it doesnt give the gixxer tail the justice it deserves.

paint it brown. No its not a joke, but you dont see any brown bikes, you should paint it the nicest brown you can get with white accents

the charcoal i have is the same color they have on super duty fords. i think they have it on the focus too, prolly others.

Fair enough. How hard was it to mount the gsxr tail on it?

i have a "make it work" attitude so,not to bad acutally. had to make a subframe from square steel. i used the hinge and seat latch form the 900 for the solo cover. had to modify a FZ1 seat to fit the tail.

HELLZ YEAH. Only $25,000 to put it on your new Ferrari. It's a 3 layer pearl effect that requires, get this, the car to be shipped back to Italy for any paint damages for a complete respray.

I actually emailed Ferrari USA and asked about getting a small amount for use on my bike and they emailed me back like 3 weeks later with a response that just said "No". No intro, no best regards, no representatives name, just No.

im a bodyman/painter so price for that isnt an issue... all the colors i listed are in my garage paint stash. im hopin to stay late at work one day next week and get the bike parts in the paint booth and get them finished.

Flat black with gloss black graphics..

How about some old-school pinstripes. They look good on black.
