If you didn't use detergent, there's a chance it will be ok once it dries out... If you used detergent, much less of a chance... Either way, hope you have the insurance....

damn that sucks bro... the only time I've ever dropped my phone in water was the toilet... I specifically set it down on the sink to the side cause I was drunk and didn't wanna drop it in the pisser... but when I finished... started to wash my hands and realized my phone was getting a little sprinkled... and didn't wanna pick it up with my hands (soaked and all soapy) so being drunk decided to pick it up with my elbows... (I know) and some how juggled it for what seemed like 15 mins (1.5 seconds in actual non drunk time) and it ended up in the toilet. :lol:

I can't say much. I once spent a after drunk afternoon on the beach with my older brother and some of his chick friends. We were stupidly smashed and after about 3 hours in the water I walked out of the Pacific ocean and pulled my cell phone out to make a call. Then I was like, OOOOOHHHHh Fuck.

I had my ID and phone in my bathing suit since we were at a big party and figured those were the only two things I needed to be able to get home or identify my own body later. Failed.

i did that with my metro pcs phone...
got washed and short circuited..

so i went to verizon and got the voyager

then took a photo of yourself in a fitting room :lol:

I'm glad I can entertain all you pieces of shit. No insurance, I've heard of the iPhone having miracles occur so it's been sitting in a bag of rice(to dry it out) for almost 24 hours. I think I'll give it one more day just to be sure. It looks pretty dry. But I'm not holding my breath.

I acutually pulled it out of the machine almost done with the cycle and the mother fucker was still on flashing some crazy shit on the screen so if anything I bet the screen is fucked. But we'll see maybe the iPhone gods will be with me.
