No, the User CP is there, I just can't find the option to change my avatar or set up my signature.

I'm sure its right under my nose and I'm just missing it...

In UserCP its on the left under Settings. If it's not there just keep posting....it'll show up.

go to UserCp, on the left side of the screen, three headings down
