Where to watch the races on 8/31 in Vegas?

I will be in Vegas labor day weekend visiting the folks. I want to know where's the best place to go and watch MotoGP and AMA races that day.

Is anyone gathering at a local bar or something?

People usually go to MotoCafe. www.702sportbikes.com, under the daily rides and events section (you might have to register to see it).
