Same at my job. Every damn meeting they want to have is right in the middle of my normal sleep pattern. It's usually around 1 or so and unless I can manage to go to bed as soon as I get home, there's no way in hell I'm waking up for it. Of course, it works great for the other 2 shifts.
I don't go even try to go to them anymore. I just get with the GM a few minutes before work now. I had to kind of push for that though.
