I can "deal" with it, but given a choice, I'd just as soon avoid vomit as well as people who have pissed and shat themselves.
Blood.. meh.. doesn't bother me so much. I might get a bit distraught if I can't get the bleeding stopped, but the sight of it isn't going to send me over the edge.
