A week. Training takes 2 to 3 weeks as there's alot of information to take in. She's dyslexic too and it shows, but I'm hoping with constant repitition she'll be ok. Plus she's still nervous. I thought by telling her that I realized she was dyslexic, but it was ok...we'd work around it, it would put her at ease, but I'm not sure if it helped or not. She's a good kid and would make an excellent addition to our shift. I just need to get her trained and I'm training her a little different because I don't have the normal training time. I have to have her trained by the first.
If we didn't work in such a time sensitive environment, it wouldn't be that bad. My shift is either really slow or really busy. I've never trained before so that probably doesn't help either.
