That too, I am thinking about one for myself sine i am realy hating my job this week. My only saving grace has been that I have had excellent nurses the last several nights.
Today was bad becasue the team that was on earlier sucked, so I walked into a clusterfuck, and the attending with me tonight sucks, so I was/am prety much on my own. I got stuff kinda manageable, but will have a shitty signout and will tell them look what i had to deal with it. plus I am tired and cranky so they may also be told to go fuck themselves
