There were some inspectors in the ER today who were there to follow up on a complaint. I don't know who the complaint was levied towards, or if it was from a patient or an employee, but it sounds like something went on today. I think I know what it was from (a certain patient pops into mind), but the person filing the complaint remains anonymous. It'll be interesting to see if it's a problem that goes against registration or not.
