We use caps lock at work too. The software we used is unix-based & wigs out if we don't use caps.
I just had an actual. The owner of the business called & told us that she had been broken into. She was happy with the very quick response. I looked at my response time. 3 seconds from the time the signal came in until the time I dispatched
