I'm 210 pounds but only 5'8". I was 195 until I got to college last august. Next week me and another guy are going to go on a no sweets/soda/anything sugar diet, start running and working out, and quit smoking to try to lose our beer guts. Oh yeah, we are going to stop drinking in the middle of the week too. That's mostly for grades though.
