mine had that issue, but when I switched to synthetic oil... it stopped...

nice... just wondering if you had changed the sprockets, chain, ect...
oh... check the tires too if you haven't already... make sure since it was a track only bike that it doesn't have track tires... ones that require a higher heat to grip properly...
