I'm just saying that if people aren't willing to ride 20-30 minutes to get to where you are, you aren't high on their list of priorities.
I have been known to drop EVERYTHING (work, wife, plans) in order to meet with an internet motorcycle buddy swinging through town. A 30 minute ride across town to hook up with riding buddies is a walk in the park.
