Looks pretty good, 20k miles isn't bad. Check it out, if it looks good offer $3600 or so, see if you can get a couple hundred off the 4k even though he is stressin "no low ballers"

Looks pretty clean, says it has some scratches which translates to has been down. Give it a good look over before you offer anything.
