I've seen that happen before. I remember when my bro picked up a size 14 or bigger self tapping screw with a 1/2" washer. You could hear it inside the vehicle it was so loud smacking the road. Pulled over and that little shit was hotter than hell. We just left it in since it wasn't leaking any air.
