Considering you would be hard pressed to even get that mess back into a diff case should be evidence enough. Or maybe that if someone has enough sense to disassemble and reassemble a Diff then they probably have an idea of how it works.

Does anybody remember the subaru owner who poured sand into his intake while the engine was running to polish his ports?
Or the corvette owner who designed a system to sway with turbos that was essentially his exhaust running back into his intake. Just because ppl can do something, doesn't mean they how or why it works... |
