Looks pretty good, too bad it's probably 1100 pounds with all the batteries.
So you can go for a 40 minute ride before it needs a 90 minute recharge...still some development left I'd say.

Like I said- an around town scoot. It wouldn't work for my commute unless it could do 80-90mph with at least a 60 mile range at speed. Of course, I guess you could charge it at work... But a 250 is less than half the price, looks better, and is almost as cheap to run.
