I grew up mins from my current house which is 15mins outside detroit city limits, lived in royal oak for 5yrs which is directly between them by 40 mins either way. Then 5yrs abt 5 mins from flint.

I always said. Just far enuff not to smell it.

I went to school in Flint....I didn't think it was that bad. But...I had this one badass at the Taco Bell my Freshman year that wanted to start shit. Total wigger. There were 5 of us and 2 of them. I just laughed and told the fuck head to get outta here before I knock his teeth out.

somewhat. more telling is it has corrupt leftist representation. or did anyway. i know trenton had enough of their shit a while ago and annexed a number of the local gov's functions. dont know if thats still the case though

I still don't think Flint is that bad vs Detroit if you are just comparing downtowns. Detroit, as I showed Marko when he was here.... looks good on the surface. But if you walk around the backside the alleys are still F'ed up areas. Go to a ball game downtown, and when you come out, every POS low life is out there begging. Detroit politians are the worse and most corrupt. I know that is like an oxy-moron, heavy on the morons for Detroit that is for sure.

That sounds about right but Ive only been in flint once or twice so Im not as familiar with it. Detroit is definitely pretty rough though, which is why its funny when people around here start talking about how bad akron or cleveland are lol. I always just offer to take them to detroit. But even though its a shithole, I cant wait to be back in january for the car show, coneys and beef jerky

There are sections of detroit that are nuts ruff. I may go thr with my gun bit would never take the wife with me. Like said before. Never take a white woman thr.

But yes, it's usually not the immediate downtown are that is bad, as I showed Marko when he was here. Its the outskirts of downtown or nearby suburbs. That is for certain for both flint & detroit.
