Cheap chinese scooter goes 3 miles then breaks, makes woman cry

I kinda think she deserved it, but its still a shitty situation.

The short version: Some lady was talked into buying a $1500 chinese electric scooter, rode it for under 3 miles and it died. The original seller is blowing her off and parts are almost non existant. She is now stuck with a $1500 paperweight.

Your story is starting to filter onto different motorcycle forums, Elsa. I just read about your story from out here in Tennessee and made my way to your blog. Maybe you will find a fellow two wheeler near you who will lend a hand and get it back working or lead you to a decent alternative to your chinese nightmare. Wish I lived closer, I would try my hand at locating the issue. Good luck and I hope you don't give up on your two wheel dream just yet. Buying a motorcycle is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

The man selling it was Mr. Brad Voisen of Voisen Motors. I researched his company online and found a website. They looked like nice people, and I was happy to be buying from an actual business rather than a private seller.

When we checked out the bike at Mr. Voisen's home in Encinitas, he seemed like a friendly old fellow. He showed us how the bike worked, and watched us ride down the street a few times. He assured us that the bike was in good condition. We chatted with him for a while about the importance of alternative energy, and I told him how excited I was to be able to do my part. I couldn't wait to take my new ride home!

Go to any polling place and smash the windows of people driving up to vote.
You'll find most of the cars to be automatic.
I bet you a majority of the self identified Republicans would say that the car they pulled up in with a smashed window is an automatic equipped vehicle.
