besides being a tasty cookie-marshmallow confection covered in chocolate, Malamar is also a slang term for vicodine. I'm having a really hard time figuring out which one you were refering to. Wait no....don't tell me. Let's just let it be one of those life mysteries...

I don't think the problem is necessarily with the Military, moreso, then how the government uses it as a another money transfer scheme.
Other countries do not spend nearly as much as we do because they simply do not need to do so and really neither do we. Government will just use propaganda to convince us that the latest and greatest is needed or we need to invade this or that in the name of national security.

And we use civilian contractors to do jobs that we have perfectly capable soldiers to accomplish. So we are double paying and getting half the output.
