PGX - supplement
Anyone here ever tried it?
I'm eating healthy. I'm working out. I'm not seeing ANY drop in pounds whatsoever. To say I'm frustrated would be an understatement. Appointment with the doctor did nothing. She told me if I dropped a couple of hundred calories a day I'd see a difference and I was active so even though I'm carrying a few extra it's not a problem. (it is for me!) I've booked an appointment with a naturopath although I have no idea what to expect from that. So now I'm trying a supplement called PGX. Bought it at a health food store and it was recommended by a girl I work with. Just thought maybe someone else might have tried it. |
