Not of all charges.. she got three or so counts of lying to police...

Two things to remember... 1) we got more info than the jury did... they didn't see all that we did... and 2) people are fucking idiots... Baez used the Cochrin method of just confusing the shit out of the jury and it worked...

From what I hear she could be out by Friday... I would only assume that some nutjob will take care of this chick by Saturday. Insane.

Prosecution did a shitty job too. The whole trial was a cluster fuck. Not surprised by the verdict.

Hard to say... They had no verifiable cause of death... everything was circumstantial... and the charges were very specific to their theory... The defenses opening argument could have been enough to provide a reasonable doubt and the charges didn't reflect any other possibilities. If there was any way they failed, it was by going for the murder charges... That said, they didn't have much of a choice other than to go for the murder charges... damned if they do, damned if they don't.
