Tv dinners. Sure i could put a lid over it, but most the time there some crazy force behind those things.

TV dinners = pure salt and fat.

BTW, use only glass in the microwave. Plastic is shit because it leaches chemicals into your food. Get some Pyrex glass containers -- you can use them in both the stove and the microwave.

Oh oh, how bout following the instructions??!!

I use microwave dinners all the time for lunch, have yet to have one explode when I'm following the instructions and/or cover it with a paper towel...
