Very sweet !! I'm glad my Z is lighter since I only made 496/481 at the rear wheels.
I see it makes 400 lb-ft of torque at around 2000 rpm at the wheels as mine does and that makes for a real fun street car. |

So let me guess. Cruising down the road in second gear at 25mph, A quip stomp of the gas pedal will break the rear end lose? I NEED a car that fun to drive.

Being a Vette it also has a feature called "Active Handling" to keep you out of a ditch unlike some Vipers I've seen in the ditch. You can override this feature too if you want just like the Traction Control. The Heads Up Display is pretty cool too...you can see your speed without looking down and that helps to look for the man and to watch wtf you are going. I like to ride around in Competion Mode which disables the traction contol but keeps the Active Handling engaged. Having said this...the Vette sure isn't the greatest car...never said it was but it sure is a decent and fun car that doesn't look too shabby either. Last edited by z06boy; 06-11-2009 at 02:53 PM.. |
