The caddy, hands down. been in both of those cars, the caddy is way nicer.

Lexus... hands down... made by toyota... can't go wrong... caddy may be nicer... but if I was investing my money... the lexus will hold it's value longer and be more reliable.

that and i use to do valet parking i had a few favorite cars to drive and when they showed up i would make sure i got to drive them most of the lexus's, mini's, lotus elise, audi A4 those were my favs of the regulars we got to drive

cadi might b a bit roomier on the inside then the lexus but the lexus is still a very nice car also

Actually the Caddy STS is identical in dimensions to the CTS, but its 5 inches longer and 1 inch taller. The Lexus is 70.6 width vs. 72.6.
