Default Almost 9 years and finally...

I finally made some modifications to my bike after almost 9 years of ownership.

I "designed" a fender eliminator and had a couple guys make it for me.. too cheap to buy one. Plus I wanted to have a license plate light and use certain turn signals so it kind of needed to be custom.

I also bought a slip-on exhaust... hence the reason I was asking about oval vs round and material. I had already bought what I wanted, but was curious anyway. Dropped from 13lbs to about 4lbs. I think I heard my bike sigh when I took off the factory muffler.

Sorry - not the best picture. Will take a better one another day.

The Hindle looks sick...

I know what you mean about the weight though. My bike already had the Leo Vinces on it, but the original owner turned the box in with the original exhaust cans, so the dealer gave them to me. Jesus H Christ.... I picked up that box and was not ready for that kind of weight. I think I almost dropped it on my foot. I can only imagine what that kind of weight would have done to the handling and acceleration...

Good guess. It's a 98 VFR and is Erik's.

And thank you PorkChop. I am pleased with the Hindle thus far. I can't wait to hear it when I take it down the road and the packing settles more.

I just get lucky with ebay on slip ons. Ill never pay even close to full price for a slip. Call me cheap but I think they are way over priced.

Me too. It's the only color this one came in so you don't get much choice.

With the bike being as old as it is, I got stuff on clearance. One benefit of waiting so long,
