How does he get arrested, go through booking, get bailed out, get home, and get in another car in 2 hours? Get a DUI here and they won't let you post bail for at least 4 hours after getting booked.

A friend called as he was getting pulled over. Bailed out an hour and a half later, and he was waiting when I got there with cash.
