Default Can I wash an ipod nano?

Because I just did it. The back light doest work and the speaker is broke, but it does play music, just cant see the song on the screen. It was in my pants pocket in the machine, then the dryer after.

Do you think apple will fix it? Can it be fixed?

sounds like you need a new screen, probably would cost as much to repair it as it costs to buy a new one. Those things are real cheap now.

Throw it in a bowl full of rice for a week, it might dry out just fine.

the rice thing like everyone said and put said bag of rice in a really dry place - once all the moisture is yanked out of it, it may work again...

but you're probably f**ked.

It spent at least an hour in the dryer, and a few days in a pocket in a suitcase before it was discovered
