There was a movie in the mid 70's called Sssssss. That was awesomely bad. About a man who injects himself with Cobra DNA and slowly turns into a cobra.

We were talking about that movie in anatomy and apparently the movie people consulted some doctors to see if something like that could be possible and apparently it is. Not sure how though.
