Default hydroxycut

Anyone have any experience or knowledge of this stuff or if its even worth it. I ma going to be trying to get back into a good workout/cardio routine as well as tweaking the diet ( I was a complete slob this weekend) and was wondering if this stuf fmay be helpful.

It helped my brother in law. Every time I went to buy it I was talked into buying something else. I heard Lipo 6 and Ripped Cuts are good. I'm thinking of trying one of them soon.

I tried it a few years back and lost about 15# with it. I actually lost more weight from just dieting then I did from using that stuff

Yeah, what he said. About six years ago when I decided to get back in shape, I hit the gym regularly and took some hydroxycut. The damn thing made my heart race like a motherfucker. So I quit taking it but just kept on working out. Lost a few inches around my waist. But then I moved down closer to the beach...add the bars and the babes. That was all she wrote with the get-in-shape plan.

Forget taking ANY weight loss supplement. Stick to doing cardio and stop feeding your face. Diet and exercise will cure ANY weight problems. You ever see pics of fat prisoners from Auschwitz?
