Doesn't seem like they addressed the real controversy, which is the claim that women in the SAME POSITION/FIELD don't earn as much as men in that SAME POSITION/FIELD.

Misleading article. More women go to college, and they get paid more than the average male their age who didnt go to college.

Haha, I find that funny becuase today I walked by some protest from some workers bitching about the Art Museum being "sexist" and not paying them as much as men.

However as for the subject of women and not getting equal pay. Guess what you guys get to do that men don't??? You guys get time off because you got knocked up and I've heard of some companies letting women off (even paid) for their "Time of the month". Basically bitches not only cost their men money they cost their company (probably ran by a man) money.

If I was a company and let women have maternity leave, I'd have them sign a paper saying their once their child is legal age to join the work force, they belong to me.

Or I can be kind like an insurance company. Sure you can have maternity leave and get paid, but when you come back your salary drops.

Funny you say that because larger companies, like mine are now required to give Men maternity leave also.. I think it's a few weeks shorter than the woman but they get like a month or so off for it if they want it.

I got 2 months paid for both my boys.
In 2008 I was out most of the summer between paternity and vacation time.
