Gloves
I'm looking at getting new gloves this season. Wanting to spend probably 100-150 dollars.

I have heard the sp1's dont seem to hold up for very long.

A* are nice, but typically run ~2 sizes small. The Fieldsheer look like they have PU knuckle armor, which I like over CF, but the placement sounds strange. Have you tried them on to see if it works for you? Held are supposed to be fantastic gloves, but I've never had the chance to try them on.

I've heard the same thing...
I've gone SPIDI - and now won't ever turn to something else again. They are a bit more expensive, but last forever. And, fit like a glove should...

I need new gloves too. I'm considering Spidi and Held, maybe some A*.

I had some SP-1's. They held up very well but they do run small. Here is a shot of me wearing them with you in the pic T.

My A* gloves worked very well. They did eventually wear out but I haven't found gloves yet that I can't trash within 2 seasons. The A*s didn't disintergrate any earlier than any other brand I've tried. I haven't owned a pair of Held gloves but their reputation speaks for itself. Spidi were mentioned and are worth a look. |
