Default White folks, when you tip...

Do you round it to the dollar?

Does your total get rounded to the dollar?

Different when paying cash or credit?

Ex: If I get a $41.18 bill and service was decent, I'll leave $8.82 as a tip so the total comes out to $50.00

When paying by CC (99% of the time), I round every tip so that the total equals a whole dollar.

You?

Hmmm...

If it's cash (which is rare), then I round up.

CC (most of the time), nah, I tip in full dollars; not worried about the total being an even dollar amount. I used to, but for some reason, I got away from it.

Always. It might be since I dont keep track of what I spend, I just use online banking which can sometimes be a day or two behind and this way I can still know almost exactly what I have in my account.

Same with me. Probably because I'm too lazy to do the simple math when I'm out for a meal.

Cash, I tip up to the whole dollar so I don't have to worry about getting change back. CC, I don't care if it comes out to an odd number.

I'm with Nee...just add a whole dollar amount to the tip.

With cash, round the total up, but not with CC
