Bridgstone BT-021 First impressions
On Saturday I put on a set of bridgestone BT-021 on my '93 ZR1100. 120/70-18 & 160/70-17 These have the multiple compound tread, hard in the center and softer on the outside.
They mounted fairly easily and the front only took a 1/2oz of weight. I took the first 100 miles easy as the sticker said. On the way home from work today I rode just slightly faster than normal. They feel very steady and secure. There is a certain uphill S turn that I hit at about 45, it stuck nice. It felt like I could have easily added more speed. I think I'll be very happy with these tires. Jeff Last edited by '73 H1 Triple; 06-29-2009 at 10:20 PM.. Reason: ran speel chek |
