Keep in mind that some of the popular cities are immigration centers. Its just the natural flow.

There are plenty of black lines into PBC but they are all from NY, NJ, etc.

Any body check out Detroit? Nothing but red except for a few lines from VA Beach area. Does VA Beach suck that much?
