I would have to agree with that. I thought tazers were supposed to be used in lieu of deadly force, when the officer feels threatened? So if he didn't have a tazer, would he have shot her for yelling at him?

Tasers are now being issued so that cops don't have to bother with issues like decency or human relations.

Yea that's a little over the top. I didn't see her attack him or anything. It looked like she was yelling at him though... Man if she had died... I'd hate to be that cop or his boss! Or his boss's boss for that matter!
