I don't mind shots, but tetanus shots lock my friggin arm up for 3 days and hurt like a sunofamutherfugginbitch! I don't get one unless I step on a rusty nail since I got out of the military. I don't have a problem scrubbing a cut or wound with soap and I've never gotten an infection or anything else from one and I've had plenty in my time.
But that's just the way I am. Feel free to keep current if you want |

Like I said, I've had at least 3 in the last 9 years in the Military, and I know I had at least 2 between birth and me joining the military. so that's at least 5 in 27 years... |

I have to stay current on all shots because of my job. Everytime I get cut or scrape they give me a new tetanus I think I should be covered for the rest of my life!!!!!

I stay pretty current on shots, at least, my commander makes me. I have the every ten years shot, but if I get hurt they make me get another one, so you can have more. Better safe than sorry.

I had mine a couple years ago, just because. I don't remember it hurting that badly, but I donate blood nearly every 56 days...needles don't bother me.
The hep shot hurts worse. I had to get that since I'm a First Responder at work. |

Smallpox hurts, and is a pain to get. The anthrax series... now that's a bitch. Each successive shot hurts just a lilttle bit more, and longer. |
