I named mine. I never named any of my previous bikes.. but none have held such a hold on my heartstrings as this bike does.

I've described my current bike as a couch, but it has no "name" that I've given it. Some have dubbed it 'Das Boot', but I know it doesn't even like shallow low water crossings let alone behavior like its purported namesake. But if I had a GS, that might be different...

I had an ex who used to refer to my GSXR as "the beast". I occasionally refer to her as "my baby", although that applies to both bikes, depends on which one I'm riding, really. They are inianimate objects, so I have a hard time "naming" them but I do occasionally refer to them with affection.
