Real Chinese is fucking disgusting. My parents live in China. They can eat American Chinese and love it, they can't stand to eat any native Chinese food. They get a lot of the food they eat shipped in from Australia.

But do they actually batter and deep-fry the meat like they do here in America. I would rather have simple sauteed meat, like the Vietnamese do.

We took a group of girls from here to NYC, while there we ate at a "real" Chinese buffet in China town. The girls freaked out at the stuff, cow eyes, hearts, stuffed intestines, etc. The funniest part was later that night when we drove past the back of the restaurant and saw them butchering goats. Have you ever heard 55 teenage girls scream in unison. It's kinda funny

Sesame Chicken and Malah String Beans!!!
As my old philosophy professor would say..... "You could dip a ping-pong ball in MSG and I would eat it!"

11111 on the General Tso's Chicken... that shit is the bomb, especially when it has a real nice gingery spicy kick to it! Always love it over a bed of white rice.

Same with the chop sticks. They are much easier when you have lo mein than when you have rice though.

I always eat Chinese with chopsticks. I haven't used silverware while eating Chinese food in years.
