Do you have any experience with points and 2 strokes? if not, be careful of that. not having the timing right on a 2 stroke is disasterous for the motor. particularly your pistons.
I'd say if you're gonna go that sort of route, buy an older 4 stroke project bike and do a total rebuild. less fussing with fuel mixtures and jetting for a given fuel mix. |
