Well if you look closely... its standing straight up. So no... no fluid came out. If you don't have a way to stand it up right, have somebody hold it. Otherwise you will loose some fluid. Also, pay attention to your model bike when ordering. For example. My ultra stock derby cover has an o-ring in it. The willie g skull does not, so there is now a gasket cover that goes in there. Should say right in your bike's listing for the derby cover you want. On both contagoius and many pics! |

yeah the listing for mine needed the "mounting kit" as they called it. glad you explained it that way. may just have to do it.

Still busy at it... bikes spent a few weeks at the dealer for my recall and one warrenty thing, hers in for a service... now back...
On her bike... did one last stick on mod... kinda nice how they re-use the stock cap... Still need to work on her fairing lower wind blockers... For the Ultra... Put in a Kury universal MP3/phone holder Got it off ebay for $45 shipped with a $6 case. Still need to look into hard wiring in my wiring to the stereo and whatnot. Swapped out the Ultra seat for a SG seat for a lower feel for my feet and a better look. Ultra's ultra comfortable Camparo SG Seat Working more on the HIDs Got my replacement spot lenses by Adjure... this allows me to run an H3 bulb instead of the too long 880 bulbs required by the HD lenses. Left Stock Right Adjure (with stock H3 bulb) |

Up close (left adjure/Right hd)
The HID H3 bulb is the slightly longer bulb Installed You can NOT cut, lengthen, or alter the wires from the ballast to the bulb... this means I need a big hole in the back of the buckets... With this mod there won't any need for the stock wiring in the bucket. Cut off those connectors in the bucket Found the wire going to each bucket as i will need it for HID wiring Install HID lamp Removed this side panel that we made before Installed a few ballasts on it. Due to spot lights and not being able to lengthen ballast wires. Moved the headlight ballast to this side so I could put the other spot ballast on top of the radio where I had the headlight ballast before. 55W headlight ballast 35W spot lamp ballast Re-installed |

I ordered a set of Time Delay Relays from Wolsentech so that none of the HID's fire up till X amount of time I set. I set for about 30 seconds. This helps the bike battery. 1 for the headlight (Hi & Low) and 1 for the spots. This really makes the wiring harder
Made some lids out of sheet metal and a gasket from a piece of double sided foam sticky Zip tied down Need to tidity up some wiring and put it back together. Ran out of time. but everything is working. the time delayed HIDs are great!! And OMG they are bright! Stay tuned... |
