I've only ordered on item from them, the person I talked to was apparently in such a rush that they didn't hear the entirety of my mailing address. Cell was out of VA but I was living in FL. I got a notice from UPS saying they couldn't find the street, had to call kneedraggers and figured out that they'd sent it to the wrong state.

I placed several orders with them, a few years back, and had only good experiences. Never had a problem. My orders arrived in a timely way and by the method that I specified.
Then one of the partners was bought out by the other. I heard about it because they sponsored an acquaintance. My next order was to redeem some of the "puck bucks" that I had built up with other orders, by getting a tail bag. They ignored my shipping request and sent it via UPS, which ended up costing me more than my "free" tail bag was worth. I still had maybe $100.00 worth of "free" stuff that I could have gotten from them but given how much "free" really cost, I've never done business with them since.

I use to order from them. But tt was so long ago, does it really matter? Back then we had round wheels made from rock and flintstoned around. Sorry.

I try not to order from places with bad reps like them.
I use local retailers for gear now and mrcycles.com and bobsbmw.com for parts.

I've ordered from them probably twice in the last two years, but always had good luck with them. Moto-sport.com is the one I have had the best time dealing with, followed closely by bikebandit.com. I have had a bad experience with motorcycle-superstore.com and haven't gone back to them since.
