Yup, the PVC goes up and out of the house at a level right below the deck and then PVC out to the edge of the deck, from there it turns to sump pump hose out into the yard. it's flexable and easy to move. In the spring when my yard floods I add on to it to get the water out to the ditch. If I don't, the sump runs every 20 min because the ground is so saturated.
