It would be the death of harley, made in america is all they got going for them. Hell their culture is built on making fun of import bikes.

That city would be destroyed if HD leaves. They've already got gangs of bored white kids roaming the streets looking for homeless people to beat up.

your'e kind of right about India. They are thinking about making the bikes there that are sold there. will they build some and sell them here yep. will it be the end of HD yep. but what they are moving now will not be going to India. Well part of it will, but it will be transparent because most of the manuf will land somewhere in southern non union america.
By the time it becomes accepted public knowledge that they are building shit in India and selling it here the cats with the big offices will have enough coin to close shop unless the overseas sales will maintain the operation. their american sales will completely tank except for a few who always wanted an HD and couldn't afford it or those who actually think the quality would improve by being made there. |

Especially with wearing beanies even when it's 80 degrees out:
a) to hide the bad hair b) to hide the balding pattern c) to look bad-ass or like a "working man" (when they're really a lawyer) Last edited by Homeslice; 08-05-2010 at 03:17 PM.. |
